1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at contact@elitedubaishop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- If the item is damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
